Max's first career was music — over a decade as a professional jazz guitarist touring through Europe, Asia and Africa. He became the first German guitarist in the Official European Jazz Orchestra, won the ECHO Jazz Award, and was a brand ambassador for Ibanez Guitars.
In 2017 he built his first digital business from a café in New York and grew it to six figures. Today he runs a performance marketing agency in Zurich, working with companies and organisations across the German-speaking market — among them the Menuhin Festival Gstaad, Hochschule Luzern, Heartcore Academy and Haushaut.
He also leads Musikunterrichtsprofis, a business school with its own proprietary MUUP™ methodology that has trained over 120 music schools and independent music professionals across the DACH region.
He likes people who build. People who take ideas and put them into the world. Swiss Founders exists because he wants to create a small room where founders carrying that weight can speak to peers who get it.
